Our Newsletter Subscription Form

When you sign up to receive our newsletter, you voluntarily provide your first and last name and your email address. This is collected by Constant Contact, to which we have access, and which we use to send emails notifying you about our upcoming auctions.

Our Proprietary Browse and Bid Auction Software

When you register to participate in our Browse & Bid Auctions, we collect the information necessary for you to participate in the auctions with our proprietary software. When you bid in an auction, the item and amount of your bid, along with your identifying information is transmitted over a secure connection to our standalone server. We keep the all the information your voluntarily enter in order to process the transactions and complete the sale of items won in the auction.
